Job Description:

The HR Data and Reporting Analyst will focus on human capital reporting and analytics - providing insights through workforce metrics, dashboards, and reports. This role will require the analyst to develop and automate reports, and utilize data driven insights. They will also need to configure and maintain systems’ databases in order to support the business reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop standard metrics, dashboards and reports for budgeting and run-rate reporting
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of the firm’s accrual and compensation reporting database
  • Develop tools to streamline and operationalize the firm’s various talent processes
  • Demonstrate good judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data
  • Facilitate the year-end compensation process for Core Infrastructure
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing client needs
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.


Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics including building, configuring, customizing, and implementing reports and dashboards
  • Solid experience using Visual Basic, MS Access, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong Excel skills (conditional/logical statements, data manipulation, vlookup, arrays, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with TALEO, Workday or similar applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong ability to integrate data from multiple sources and multiple formats to produce meaningful results with precision and efficiency
  • Excellent team collaborator in addition to being able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/stakeholders; strong organizational and time management skills
