We are a growing executive search firm based in Midtown East, several blocks away from Bryant Park and Grand Central Station. Job Description:

Administrative

·         Answer phones and tend to various internal/external inquiries

·         Onboard new employees

·         Organization of front office

·         Management of visitors. Including but not limited to client and candidate greetings

·         Manage all incoming and outgoing mail

·         Manage supply and equipment inventory for the office

·         Maintain firm website, 3rd party job posting sites and client portals

·         Assist w/ payroll processing via ADP

·         Filing and organization of company files

Recruiting

  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team by scheduling interviews and reserving conference rooms
  • Schedule a high volume of executive-level interviews
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruitment status
  • Posting of positions to our internal and external job boards  
  • Running reports based on information captured i.e. open/filled jobs report
  • Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, resumes notes  
  • Respond to internal and external recruiting related inquiries, such as requests for job descriptions, application inquiries and recruiting processes
  • Various ad hoc projects

Requirements / Qualifications:

·         Desperately need a young, dynamic professional with a “Can Do” attitude!!

·         0-3 year experience

·         Bachelor Degree – Communications, Business Management, Finance

·         Familiar w/ Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

·         Strong analytical and communication skills
