Job Description:

· Critical role within the Cost Planning & Consolidation Team, responsible for organisation of the Costs Planning cycle across all clusters, ensuring we are able to meet Group Planning and external regulator timelines

· Responsible for production of Cost Planning MI across a 5 year MTP period which feeds into various forums including Group Reporting, Management Finance Reviews, and Cost Review Decks  

· Additionally the team cover the internal/external stress test

· Coordination, preparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc financial planning MI on the c.£9bn cost base across the firm over a 5 year period, which is provided to senior management across the firm

· Project Support – actively contribute to a variety of teams and broader finance/business related projects aimed at achieving improved analytics, streamlined processes, system improvements, strong governance & control, and cross-functional engagement 

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree

· 4+ years experience in financial services in Finance department

· Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills

· Project Management mindset, problem solving, time management and prioritisation skills
