Job Description:

·Daily comparison of in-house books vs Administrator, with daily position and transaction reconciliation

·Assist in the independent valuation and P&L computation

·Acting as a liaison with both internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, risk, compliance etc.) as well as external accountants, administrators, prime brokers, custodians, trading desks and other vendors

·Analyzing Profit and Loss and overall Portfolio Management reporting for management reporting

·Assist with investor reporting and responding to various investor queries and reporting requirements

·Numerous Ad-hoc internal reporting and projects for SVPs to support both portfolio management requests and external investor reporting requirements

·Assist in preparing annual financial statements (in cooperation with administrator)

·Assist with review of invoices for appropriate fund allocations as well as such other closing support duties as SVP may deem fit to assign

Requirements / Qualifications:

·1-3 years fund accounting experience within private funds preferable with Fund of funds

·CPA or Charter Accountant designation preferred but not required

·Proficient in desktop technology tools especially MS Office products (e.g. excel)

·Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree

·Hands on experience with recognized fund accounting platform (Geneva preferred)

·Experience producing books & records for complex credit strategy (e.g. bank debt, factored bonds, derivatives of such etc.
