Job Description:

o    Preparing analytics that provide insights to business managers and leadership

o    Providing advisory services to the business clients regarding compensation related issues (e.g., benchmarking, pay for performance, year-end adjustment simulations)

o    Preparing materials (presentations, memos, schedules) to assist senior leaders with making decisions on compensation spend, policy and communication

o    Working closely with managers and other departments during the year-end compensation review process and during the year on an ad hoc basis

o    Working with HRIS, payroll and Engineering to ensure systems meet needs of compensation

o    Research into external market data and practices with ability to relate them to what we do

o    Ensure company compliance with country specific regulations and laws, including reporting requirements

o    Understanding business issues and how they relate to compensation (for example often times departments may wish to solve issues by increasing compensation for select individuals instead of exploring other possible solutions)

o    Working closely with other team members in a collaborative environment that requires effective communication, project planning, hitting deadlines and managing expectations

o    Preparing for meetings with business managers, other departments and senior leadership

o    Developing and strengthening relationships

Requirements / Qualifications:

o    Candidate must possess 3-5 years of experience

o    Strong project management, can manage expectations and hit deadlines that result in action items

o    Superior Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills

o    Strong PowerPoint with the ability to create a story

o    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, develop solutions that address the issue while being innovative and creative

o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o    Collaborative team player with the ability to deal with changing priorities

o    Flexible self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fluid environment

o    Thoughtfulness around knowing your audience and providing various options and sensitivities

o    Ability to be responsive and act with a sense of urgency

o    Knowledge of compensation programs preferred
